The National Consumer Commission (NCC) welcomes the decision by the National Consumer Tribunal (NCT) confirming that ACS Pre-Owned dealership has contravened section 55 (2) (a) to (c) and Section 56 (2) (a) of the CPA and declared their conduct prohibited. This was after the NCC received and investigated allegations by the consumer that ACS Pre-Owned sold him a defective motor vehicle.
