The National Consumer Commission (NCC) welcomes the recent decisions of the National Consumer Tribunal (Tribunal) against Wingfield Motors and Sandton Repo Cars. This follows consumer complaints investigated by the NCC, which revealed contraventions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) by both suppliers.
