Salary: R741 323 per annum (inclusive package)

Purpose of the job:

•Develop and manage policies for the implementation and monitoring of Supply Chain Management Services.


Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and manage the implementation of Supply Chain Management policies for the NCC •Manage the procurement processes within the NCC •Manage Tender advertisements and receive tender proposals •Facilitate the effective management of tenders •Manage the supplier database •Develop the SCM risk profile •Provide monitoring and evaluation mechanisms/tools for the overall performance of the SCM system

Minimum Qualifications:

•A National diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting/SCM/Logistics Management •A valid Code EB driver’s licence.


Minimum Experience:

•3 years SCM Management experience in the Private or Public Sector.


Minimum Training:

•Computer literacy (MS Office Package) •Knowledge of the Regulatory Framework
