The National Consumer Commission (NCC) welcomes the decision by the National Consumer
Tribunal (Tribunal) ordering Claremont VW to comply with the Notice of Compliance issued by the
NCC. The NCC had issued a Compliance Notice to the supplier advising the supplier to refund to
the consumer an amount of R106 000.00.
