PRODUCT RECALL: CONSUMERS ARE URGED TO RETURN DISCHEM LIFESTYLE BRAND, WAZOOGLES SUPERFOODS, EDEN ALL NATURAL AND NON-NAME PICK N’ PAY PEANUT BUTTER

The National Consumer Commission (NCC) is investigating the affairs of Piggy Trading Farm, an entity that promotes and sells “virtual pigs”. This was after the Commission received complaints that Piggy Trading Farm might be a multiplication scheme. Read the full Media Statement below:

PRODUCT RECALL: CONSUMERS ARE URGED TO RETURN DISCHEM LIFESTYLE BRAND, WAZOOGLES SUPERFOODS, EDEN ALL NATURAL AND NON-NAME PICK N’ PAY PEANUT BUTTER

The Notice requires all manufacturers of peanut butter, peanut butter-based products and products with peanuts (including but not limited to chocolates, sweets, cookies, ice cream, and peanut butter spreads) to immediately conduct an urgent investigation, test their products for Aflatoxin, and present their results to the Commission within 14 days of receiving the Notice.
